These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://franchiseconclave.com (the “Site”) and your engagement with Franchise Conclave 2026, organised by Prayosha Food Services Pvt Ltd — a Petpooja initiative. By accessing the Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the event

Franchise Conclave 2026 is a curated, invitation-only F&B franchise forum to be held on 20–21 June 2026 at Shakti Convention Centre, Ahmedabad. Details such as dates, venue, programme, and participating brands may change, and we will endeavour to communicate material changes through the Site.

2. Eligibility and participation

Participation as a visitor, investor, or exhibitor is subject to approval. Submitting a form is an expression of interest only and does not guarantee a pass, stall, or admission. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or harm the Site or its systems;
• Use the Site in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Franchise Conclave 2026 name, logos, text, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Prayosha Food Services Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission. Petpooja and related marks are the property of their respective owners.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
