When you submit the “Apply to Exhibit” or any inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, city, and brand / company name, along with any consent preferences you select.

• To respond to your inquiry and contact you about exhibiting at or attending the event;
• To organise, manage, and communicate about Franchise Conclave 2026;
• To send you marketing communications, where you have opted in;
• To understand and improve how the Site is used; and
