Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy describes the cancellation and refund terms for Franchise Conclave 2026, organised by Prayosha Food Services Pvt Ltd — a Petpooja initiative.

Franchise Conclave 2026 is currently invitation-only and visitor / investor passes are issued without charge. The terms below apply to any paid registrations or exhibitor stall bookings if and when they are introduced.

1. Visitor & investor passes

Complimentary, invitation-only passes carry no fee and therefore no refund. If paid visitor or investor passes are introduced, the cancellation terms in Section 3 will apply and will be stated at the time of purchase.

2. Exhibitor stall bookings

Exhibitor participation is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable booking amount and a signed agreement. Cancellation of a confirmed exhibitor booking must be requested in writing to hardik.gandhi@petpooja.com and is subject to the following:

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before the event: eligible for a refund less an administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 30–59 days before the event: eligible for a partial refund.
• Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the event: non-refundable.

Specific fees and percentages will be set out in your exhibitor agreement, which prevails in case of any conflict with this page.

3. Refund process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period (typically 7–14 business days) after confirmation. Transaction or gateway charges, where applicable, may be deducted.

4. Changes, postponement, or cancellation by the organiser

If we must reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event, we will notify registered participants and exhibitors. In the event of cancellation by the organiser, paid amounts will be handled as communicated at that time, subject to applicable law.
